L’Observatori del Canvi Climàtic de l’Ajuntament de València, té com a objectiu fonamental la lluita contra el Canvi Climàtic, així com mostrar la contribució de València al Desenvolupament Sostenible. El disseny del centre i els seus recursos expositius conformen un espai dinàmic i interactiu, que servix com a punt de trobada per a tot tipus de públic i la funció del qual és la de constituir una plataforma de coneixement que ajude a comprendre millor la relació de l’èsser humà amb la Natura.

THE CARNIVAL OF THE ANIMALS
Paco Bodi is a dancer graduated in classical dance at the Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático y Danza of Valencia as well as advanced degree in pedagogy of dance by Ministry of Education and Science. Graduated in contemporary dance by Miguel Hernández University as well as degree in biomechanical and anatomy for dancers by Alcalá de Henares University.
Throughout his career he has worked with some contemporary dance companies as OtraDanza, AnandaDansa, Okrana Danza, Santiago Sempere, Vaganovos, DagollDagom, Teatre de l’Ull, Nova Dansa, Arden Produccion …
He has a long experience as a teacher of dance at nacional and internacional level. In this way we can point out Escuela de Danza y Música María Carbonell as part of the leading team as well as teacher and Director of the Municipal Dance School of Burriana. He taught in many schools in Paris within the promotion of dance froject of the french goverment. He is currently working as a teacher of dance at Conservatorio Profesional de Danza José Espadero de Alicante.
On the other hand he has several publications on dance and collaborates in the magazines Por la Danza and Boletín Informativo of Associació de Professionals de la Dansa de la Comunitat Valenciana, Artseduca and Artres.
In 2016 Paco Bodi staged at Palau de les Arts ”La historia de Babar” and “The carnival of animals“, two small pieces within the didactic show “Dibujar la música”. Based on this choreograpic experience, students from 3rd of primary will have the opportunity to know this wonderful piece and improve their body language capacity.

INTERNATIONAL DAY OF THE GAME
El Pájaro street games, is one of the companies that turns the game into a street performance.
After a long process of research and creation, design and construction, invention and imagination of children’s didactic material, under the name “El Pájaro Carpintero”, in 2010, a new world was opened, that of street games facilities. This is how its founder, Álex Rigol, became interested in new large-format materials and began to design not only new pieces but also new play spaces. Currently the company has created different collections of large format games that offer fun and entertainment in different age groups.
One of their objectives is to offer spaces where the whole family can participate, share and dialogue, through play and fun as a communication language.
On the occasion of the celebration of the international day of the game, the Gençana Educational Center in collaboration with AMPA Jacaranda has invited the company for the first time to install, on the one hand, its collection “Van de Bòlit” for students of Primary and Secondary Education. They are large games, built by hand, which have wood as the main element, which makes them very attractive and pleasant to the touch. In addition, they are hand painted, with natural dyes and bright colors that encourage play and participation. On the other hand, they will install the collection “Espai d’Experimentació” for the youngest students of the school. This collection consists of different materials that can be classified into structures of psychomotor activity, sensory play: textures, tuned bells and symbolic play; construction (blocks and puzzles); grains and wheat sands; relaxation and quiet space.
We will play with our senses, with our hands, feet and eyes.

RUTA GEOLÓGICA
Dentro del espacio natural protegido Chera-Sot de Chera encontramos el Parque Geológico de Chera. Cuenta con un museo donde se exponen colecciones de fósiles, rocas y minerales, así como láminas y fotografías de las diversas estructuras tectónicas del entorno.
Realizaremos una visita guiada para observar de manera directa sobre el terreno los plegamientos, las fracturas de la corteza terrestre y las formaciones geológicas que se han depositado en los últimos 150 millones de años en la Cordillera Ibérica.

PROGRAMA DE INTERVENCIÓN EN EDUCACIÓN SEXUAL
El Programa de Intervención en Educación Sexual (PIES) tiene como objetivo general la educación en valores que promocionen una vivencia positiva de la propia sexualidad y unos comportamientos sexuales acordes con las opciones más saludables. Está dirigido a población adolescente, concretamente a estudiantes de 3º de la ESO.
El programa se inició en el curso 2009/2010, recogiendo la rica experiencia previa de actividades de educación sexual en la escuela que ya se venían realizando desde años atrás en los diferentes Departamentos de Salud de la Comunidad Valenciana.
El PIES es una actividad de las Consellerias de Sanidad y Educación que se desarrolla gracias al trabajo conjunto de los técnicos de promoción de la salud, que desarrollan las tareas de coordinación y formación de los profesionales conjuntamente con los sexólogos de los Centros de Salud Sexual y Reproductiva, y del personal de atención primaria, especialmente enfermería y matronas, que imparten los Talleres en las aulas. En este cometido también colaboran los orientadores escolares o docentes responsables del PIES en los centros educativos.
Este taller forma parte de la programación de la acción tutorial de 3º de ESO, así como de las áreas de biología y educación física. A través de éste se pretenden desarrollar competencias básicas como la competencia social y ciudadana, la identidad y la autonomía personal.
