In this activity, Javier Pastor,teacher at the IES Conselleria of the subjects “Individual physical-sports activities” and “Physical-sports activities for social inclusion” at TSEAS, higher degree of teaching and socio-sports animation, will give an intensive course that will have as main objectives to learn to prevent accidents, apply procedures and proper techniques in self-protection and support for first aid and identify and resolve situations of vital urgency.

In this workshop, the most essential contents on First Aid will be approached in a simple way, facilitating the necessary skills to face in an effective and safe way the diverse emergency situations that can be found in everyday situations. The essential First Aid techniques will be practiced, from Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) to how to properly move an injured or sick person.
