PHILOSOPHICAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Lilia Koutsoukou is working as a free lance photographer for quite a number of news media in Europe, Spain and USA (Singulares magazine Spain, Imagebrief, Cavan images etc.).
• Graduated from the Athens school of graphic and fine Arts in 1994.
• One of the members of Disseny etc cultural club in Valencia Spain.
• Worked in the production and photography for independent television production company Glasshead making educational programs for the BBC.
• Collaborated with Clannad group for travel guides, nature, extreme sports, historical monuments and traditions for the following news media.
Doing this workshop the students are going to realize some photographies from a philosophical topic they have worked according to their own philosophical reflection.

IFIC
La visita tendrá una duración estándar de tres horas aproximadamente. Constará de las siguientes fases:
– Recibimiento y bienvenida al grupo de alumnos al Instituto del CSIC por el responsable de las visitas guiadas Alberto Aparici.
– Proyección de un DVD de presentación en el que se hace un recorrido por la historia de la ciencia y se explica el método científico y el trabajo de los investigadores.
– Explicación a cargo de los científicos del Instituto acompañados del personal del centro, haciendo varias paradas para explicar cada uno de los departamentos o laboratorios que se visitan.
– Realización de talleres demostrativos, en los que los alumnos puedan ser partícipes de la actividad cotidiana del centro, a través de la elaboración de una práctica programada y tutelada por el personal investigador de los institutos del CSIC.
– Coloquio con el grupo de alumnos en el que se responderán a las dudas que éstos tengan y/o se ampliarán las explicaciones ofrecidas durante el recorrido.
– Distribución entre los alumnos y profesores responsables de una encuesta de valoración de la actividad.

CIRCUS WORKSHOP
Laia Sales and Mari Marcos are the founding members of “Decopivolta Theatre Company” since 2011.
They are formed as an actress in Barcelona, at the “International School of Theatre Berty Tobías”. Both were involved in Lecoq method.
Laia is formed as a contemporary dancer specializing herself in Sport Dance during more than 10 years. As a juggler, she’s specialized in Contact ball and stilts dance. She is interested on combining her knowledge of circus skills with theatre. Mary is specializing herself as a clown.
They were formed with artists such as Sergi Claramunt (mimo and founder of the ONG’S Payasospital), Michael Doofy (artistic director of Cirque du Soleil), Cristian Athanassious (international famous clown), Stephane Boko (choreographer of Cirque du Soleil)….among others.
Their first show “Doble cita”, won the first award at the VI Internacional Clown Festival of Xirivella in 2011. They won a special mention in “XI Circuito Café Teatro de Valencia”. From 2021 they work on artistic voluntary of the ONG’S Payasospital.
Laia and Mary are habitual collaborators guest of Gençana. In this occasion, Laia and Mari Marcos will help us to reinforce the work of manipulation of the different elements such us balance ball and stilts. It will give us advices to improve the skill and to discover new possibilities. We’ll have a practical workshop.
Students from the 1st course of Secondary Education will enjoy in this workshop as a complementary activity of the didactic unit “Circus Parade”.

¿DE QUIÉN ES ESTO?
El Oceanográfico de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias es el mayor acuario de Europa, y en él se representan los principales ecosistemas marinos del planeta. Con una extensión 110.000 m2 y un volumen de 42 millones de litros (el equivalente a 15 piscinas olímpicas), constituye el mayor oceanario de Europa. Destaca también por su arquitectura vanguardista que fue diseñada por Félix Candela, y cuya silueta evoca una figura de paraboloide similar a un nenúfar.
El taller “¿De quién es esto?” tiene como objetivo aprender a diferenciar distintos grupos zoológicos según sus características. Diferenciar vertebrados e invertebrados. Y concienciar sobre la importancia en la conservación de especies.
Nos formulan preguntas como… ¿Sabes cómo es el huevo de un tiburón?, ¿Y la huella de un pingüino? Formaremos un equipo de investigación y con la ayuda de un libro de pistas, averiguaremos a qué animales pertenecen esas muestras biológicas y las principales características de los grupos zoológicos a los que pertenecen.
La salida nos permitirá afianzar conocimientos trabajados durante el segundo trimestre en el área de Ciencias Naturales (Iniciación a método científico).

DEL RENAIXEMENT ALS NOSTRES DIES
El museu està emplaçat al carrer València Nº 42 a la ciutat de Mislata. L’edifici de maó en el que es troba l’espai museístic és un antic dipòsit d’aigües potables de la ciutat, el primer depòsit d’aigües de València, construït per Ildefons Cerdà i Leodegario Marchessaux en el segle XIX.
Aquest museu va ser creat en 2001 per acord de la Comissió de Govern de l’Ajuntament de València amb la intenció de mostrar al públic la història de la ciutat des dels orígens a l’actualitat. L’espai està dividit en vuit períodes on mostren objectes, documents i obres d’art representatius de cada època.
L’activitat s’emmarca en el període comprés des de finals de l’Edat Mitjana, el segle XV, fins als nostres dies. Els participants s’aproparan a la història a través dels cinc sentits, escoltaran els guies, voran recreacions dels diferents períodes històrics.
La finalitat d’aquesta visita, relacionada amb la programació didàctica de ciències socials de 6è, és aproximar a l’alumnat al coneixement de l’arquitectura, l’art i la cultura de l’edat moderna i medieval; informar-los sobre el funcionament de la ciutat de València, mostrar-los l’organització social de l’època i oferir-los ferramentes i coneixements per a aprendre a valorar i respectar el nostre patrimoni.
La sortida permetrà a l’alumne ampliar els seus coneixements previs i relacionar-los amb els adquirits a classe, així com ajudar-los a identificar l’evolució històrica de la nostra ciutat des del renaixement fins als nostres dies.
