Ana Ramirez is graduated in both classical and contemporary dance from the Conservatory of Valencia.

Since 1991 she has taught classical and contemporary dance as well as body language and techniques of relaxation in various centers in Barcelona and Valencia. She has participated in groups such as El Laboratori, Centro Coreográfico CV, as well as worked on publicity campaigns for EstudiosArruga and Warner Music.

She has done choreographies for Warner Music; MUSICAL’ES from the Casa del Artista; “Hommage to José Benlliure” at the City Museum; choreographies and fashion shows for Canal 9 Valencian TV and Hugo Stuven VIURE LA NIT program; Festival of Clowns Alzira and PIES of Cia de Teatro Engrata.

In the other hand she has experience in fashion choreography. In this way she made choreography for Miss Spain 2000 in Málaga and 2001 in Xàtiva, Pasarela del Carmen, Valencia Fashion Week, Mercedes-Benz Madrid Fashion Week, Cibeles Madrid Novias, Pasarela Castilla y León, Gran Canaria Moda Cálida, El Caballo, Pepe Jeans, Jesús del Pozo, Extremadura Young Designers or Pasarela L’Oréal.

Since 2005, she has been directing DANSA A LES ESCOLES, a pedagogical project (12 editions), creating the children’s show Viatge al País dels Somnis, the workshops Dancing as the Emotional Heartbeat for students of all educational background, for teachers and for CEFIRE and finally, Family Dance, taught in dance schools, schools, festivals and houses of culture.

In 2010 she created ‘VOLALT PROYECTOS PEDAGÓGICOS’, a project where she contacts educational institutions to work directly with children.

Ana is habitual collaborator guest in Gençana. In this occasion Students of 2th Secundary will enjoy in these workshops as a complementary activity of the didactic unit “LITERARY CARNIVAL PROJECT”.
