The students of 1st of Secondary Education, from the area of Physical Education have been submerged in a unit of Olympic Games through which a tour is being made of the different aspects of the Olympic Movement, its values, its history, the sports that comprise it and the institutions that were formed, and the impact of this on society as a whole.

In order to enrich the work of this unit, this complementary activity arises. We pretend the students to know in greater depth the sport par excellence of the Olympic games, both of antiquity and of the modern era, athletics.

For this, we will carry out the practical sessions in a real track of athletics so that the students know in greater depth all the disciplines that make up this sport and do it in the closest way to the real practice of this sport.
