Maurice Eckhard (Barcelona, 1982), is a Spanish athlete who competes in adapted cycling in the route and track modalities. Maurice is an example that with effort, sacrifice and tenacity, great achievements can be achieved. The most important is to get the bronze medal in against the clock, at the London Paralympic Games.

His link with the bike came from really early, since with just eight years, he always went out with his friends for his urbanization “La Cañada” with the bike to spend the afternoon.

He has a degree in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, and a Master in Direction and Management of sporting events.
